No account, no server, no analytics. Text recognition and the language model run on the device. Nobody sees your receipts but you, and the cloud folder is yours.

Recognition can be wrong. That is why Stapel always shows whether the items add up to the total, and every value can be changed. Stapel is an overview for your home, not bookkeeping.
